Warming for the ceiling at home

Under the modern condition of the abundance of building materials, many of us are faced with the question: which insulation for the ceiling of the house is best used? Or what material from the proposed diversity will be the most effective?

It should be noted that often when warming the ceiling, morally outdated materials are used: expanded clay, slag and sawdust mixed with lime or clay. It is important to understand that the insulation for the ceiling of the house must meet all the necessary modern requirements, be safe and practical.

The presence of all kinds of shortcomings of these options for insulation as the complexity of installation, a large mass, makeup – led to the fact that insulation based on mineral wool is more popular today. They differ in a long service life, as well as high indicators of moisture resistance and fire safety. As a rule, such heaters in the form of rolls, or plates, are made, which significantly facilitates the task of economical placement of them over the entire surface of the ceiling. Consider the features of each of the types of thermal insulation using the example of a roller ursa insulation (URSA) and tile iswolf (izovol).

The main component of most roll insulation is a staple fiberglass. Ursa is no exception. The main quality of fiberglass is its high elasticity, so that such a heater can be used to isolate structures and surface of any shape. Ursa prevents the appearance of air gaps due to a tight adjustment to the base of the ceiling. Fiberglass rolls are perhaps the only optimal option for warming ceilings that have in accordance with a given design of bends, bulges or hollows. In addition, a special porous structure of Ursa insulation is ideal for use in conditions of strong temperature changes. According to the manufacturer, the service life of the material in this case will be about 50 years.

Izovol insulation (izovol) is a striking example of use in the technology of insulation of qualitatively new material – basalt. This material can be used both the ceiling insulation in a wooden house, and in concrete floor slabs, as well as when warming walls. The main property of synthetic basalt wool is its high vapor permeability, that is, protection against the formation of condensed liquid on the surface of the ceiling and walls. This property provides an excellent opportunity to create an optimal microclimate of the premises, especially in conditions of high humidity. No wonder basalt insulations are very popular as insulating materials for bathrooms and baths.

The fire -resistance of the isveling plates is one of the highest ceiling heater in the segment – the material does not burn from the spark or direct fire, easily withstands the load of hundreds of degrees Celsius, while the melting temperature of the fibers is more than 1000 degrees.
